What the branch does

A hardware gateway connects to the existing building management system without replacing it. A physical engine compares measurement against model. A deterministic interlock forbids any physically unsafe command. Every proposed action requires human validation.

LTS contracts with its clients, invoices and operates the platform. The intellectual property remains held by LAVOISIER Group, which licenses it to its subsidiary.

The LTS Building OS platform

Multi-protocol supervision: reads the installed controllers over BACnet, Modbus, KNX or LoRaWAN, without replacing the equipment in place.

NOVAXIS maintenance management: work orders, history and preparation of maintenance actions, attached to each piece of equipment.

Matrix Mode digital twin: the building replayed and simulated before any decision.

KARA: the artificial intelligence assistant explains, prioritises and prepares; a human validates every action.
